We offer Gearbox Oil Exchange (GOEX) System equipment for rental to change oil in wind turbine gearboxes.

Gearbox Oil Exchange System Specifications

• Our GOEX system is designed to handle both 2 and 4 stage gearbox oil changes.
• The GOEX system is conveniently mounted on a heavy duty trailer, with a secondary containment system, and capability at both ends for containment.
• This GOEX system is capable of performing a 4-stage oil change in approximately 5 hours.
• All oil and fluid hoses reach up to 100 meters (option 115 meters).

Tank Sizes

• 390 gallon tank – used oil
• 390 gallon tank – new oil
• 120 gallon tank – flush fluid
• 120 gallon tank – rinse fluid
