Now operating in its 28th year, PowerWorks Inc. (and its affiliates) is a privately held company focused on the development, ownership, and operation of clean, renewable wind, solar, and battery storage power projects. Generally, our core business involves providing clean, renewable wind and solar power on a wholesale basis to electric utilities. To that end, we perform the various project engineering and management services in-house required to develop these wind-solar-storage projects, including wind and solar studies, permitting, engineering, design, power marketing, finance, construction, equipment procurement and installation, operations and maintenance. We employ an experienced team of engineering, finance, and operating staff.
During the past 27 years, PowerWorks’ project development and/or operating experience has involved over 80 wind, solar, storage, and hydroelectric power projects, in 14 states and 40 countries around the world, including the long-term operation and maintenance of over 900 wind turbines.
We have offices located in Idaho, California, and Florida.
