PROJECT CONTRACTS MANAGER, Wind & Solar Power
Boise, Idaho
We are seeking an ambitious Project Contracts Manager. B.S. or B.A. degree required, in business, finance or engineering or MBA degree or J.D. law degree. College classes helpful in contract law, finance, and accounting. Up to 5 years of experience preferred.
General responsibilities for this position include:
> create, analyze, negotiate, and edit an array of contracts for various transactions
> contract administration: purchase/sale agreements, power contracts, land leases, equipment procurement contracts, construction contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.
> project financial closing documents; loan documents
> provide analysis on legal, policy, environmental, and energy issues
> Federal, state, and local wind-solar project permitting
> wind-solar project development activities, including project management, siting, schedules, permitting, equipment procurement, etc.
> utility power marketing
> employee benefit plans
> insurance policies
> and many other tasks
Position located at your home office in Boise, Idaho, and/or at our Sawtooth wind farm offices, near Mt. Home, Idaho. We offer full benefit plans.
The PowerWorks Group are privately-held companies, focused on the development, ownership, and operation of utility-scale wind-solar projects.
