PARALEGAL, Wind & Solar Power

We are seeking an ambitious paralegal, with a minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience preferred.  Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.  College classes in law, real estate, energy, environmental, and permitting helpful.  Position requires detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Wind and solar power industry-specific responsibilities for this position include:

>  provide research and analysis of legal, policy, environmental, and energy issues

>  Federal, state, and local wind and solar project permitting

>  contract administration, drafting, managing, including:  purchase/sale agreements, power contracts, land leases, equipment procurement, construction, operations, partnership agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.

>  project financial closing documents; loan documents

>  write, review and edit reports, memos, contracts, correspondence, etc.

Position located primarily at your home office in the Boise, Idaho area, and at our Sawtooth wind farm offices, near Mountain  Home, Idaho.
